The choice of wood and the adaptation of the Tonnellerie practices LKFRANCE are contributing to the development of a technique adapted to the each type of wine. Our barrels are developed by our Cooper craftsmen, and are the fruit careful selection of the best varieties of French oak. OUR ALTERNATIVES

We offer to the winemakers from all over the world a range of chips and Staves best quality with adapted heaters and allowing to valorize both white wines and red wines.

CHIPS

Wood chips are oenological products for fast and efficient aromatic extraction. They contribute during the vinification and the breeding to bring the structure as well as the roundness to the wine. Shavings are also a way to emphasize the fruit and stabilize the color. All our chips are from our staves, french oak 100%.

STAVES

This method is approaching a barrel-rearing. All come from our staves, dried on park 24 months and whose essence is French oak only.
